From April 13 to 17, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) published its public list of 2025 typical cases of digital transformation (the “Digital Three Products” direction). Weisun was successfully selected in the “Digital Brand Building” category, specifically within the segment of “service-oriented extension empowering consumption experience upgrading,” with its case study titled “Weisun Furniture: Upgrading the Personalized Customization Consumption Experience.” This honor is a strong endorsement of Weisun’s commitment to digital transformation and its continuous efforts to elevate the home furnishing service experience — cementing Weisun once again as a benchmark for digital transformation in the custom furniture industry.
The selection, led by MIIT, focuses on the core directions of expanding product variety, improving product quality, and building product brands, seeking out exemplary digital transformation cases nationwide that deliver outstanding results and can be replicated and promoted, in support of the high-quality development of the consumer goods industry. Standing out among numerous applicants, Weisun demonstrated its leadership in reshaping the consumption experience with digital technology and advancing service-oriented transformation, providing the broader home furnishing industry with a replicable and scalable digital-intelligent model.

As a leading enterprise in whole-home customization and the pioneer of the mass customization model, Weisun has centered its efforts on digital-driven brand building. Leveraging its core technologies in AR/VR, AI, and self-developed virtual manufacturing, the company has built a full-chain digital-intelligent architecture that connects the entire data loop spanning consumption experience, R&D and design, production and manufacturing, supply chain collaboration, and after-sales service.
In the sales stage, Weisun has created immersive in-store VR experiences and online 3D visualization previews. Consumers can preview realistic home renderings with a single tap on their phones and take 360° virtual walkthroughs to quickly match tailored solutions, dramatically shortening the decision-making cycle. At the same time, powered by its self-developed AIGC design platform — backed by vast product, floor plan, and solution libraries — the company can rapidly generate high-quality customized designs, enabling customers to “see the design first, then make the purchase,” delivering a “what you see is what you get” immersive experience.

In the delivery stage, Weisun has deployed an AI-powered full-process intelligent control system that leverages a multimodal large model to monitor design flaws in real time and automatically correct them. On the production side, an AI-based order-splitting and production-scheduling system connects the data chain, working in tandem with automated intelligent manufacturing equipment and AI visual inspection to achieve efficient large-scale production with zero-error delivery — eliminating rework so customers can settle into their homes with complete peace of mind.

In addition, Weisun has introduced 3D printing equipment in volume and established a large-scale professional 3D printing farm, accelerating the group’s strategic deployment of AI and 3D printing technologies. This enables the company to create innovative products for consumers, including everyday household items, parent-child creative products, and functional furniture components. By deeply integrating AI and 3D printing technologies, the group is driving home customization toward a higher stage of form- and emotion-tailored personalization.

This selection as a national typical case of digital transformation (the “Digital Three Products” direction) is yet another significant honor for Weisun, following its recognition as a National Digital Navigator Enterprise, a Provincial Manufacturing Champion, and a national pilot enterprise for the application of intelligent manufacturing standards. Looking ahead, Weisun will continue to deepen the integration of digital technology with the home furnishing industry, steadily enhance its personalized customization capabilities, expand brand value through service-oriented extension, drive collaborative upgrading across the industry chain, and contribute more “Weisun experience” to the digital transformation of the consumer goods industry.
