Answer: We have three major manufacturing bases in China — South China (Foshan), which is also our headquarters base, East China (Wuxi), and Southwest China (Chengdu).

Through Industry 4.0 smart manufacturing bases, we achieve “large-scale flexible customization” of panel furniture, resolving the conflict between personalization and mass production, and meeting the personalized home furnishing needs of different families.

The normal production cycle for panel customized furniture is 7–10 days, and the comprehensive delivery cycle for all-category products is 10–15 days, which is industry-leading.

Answer: Based on the core material, we offer particle board, fiberboard, multi-layer solid wood board, solid wood core board, and moisture-proof board for cabinets.

Our standard configuration features boards that meet the new national standard ENFF level (no added formaldehyde). We also retain a small selection of color options with E0 grade boards

Answer: We use Jowat high-temperature hot melt adhesive from Germany, REHAU edge bands from Germany, and edge banding machines from Homag, also from Germany. Together, these ensure our edge banding is firmly bonded and highly airtight, making the products durable and environmentally friendly.

Edge banding processes: We offer PUR edge banding and laser edge banding.

PUR edge banding:​ Uses PUR (polyurethane reactive hot melt adhesive). After hot application, it reacts with moisture in the air to cure, forming an irreversible bond.

Characteristics: Minimal glue usage, an extremely fine glue line (almost invisible), high bonding strength, excellent resistance to high and low temperatures, and superior waterproof and moisture-proof performance. Its overall performance surpasses EVA. It is currently the mainstream choice for whole-house customization, offering excellent value for money.

Laser edge banding:​ Instead of traditional glue, a high-energy laser instantly heats and melts the light-sensitive activation coating on the back of the edge band, directly “welding” it onto the board to achieve seamless fusion.

Characteristics: Zero glue line, seamless connection, outstanding aesthetics, zero formaldehyde, waterproof and moisture-proof, and permanently non-debonding. However, equipment costs are extremely high, making it the most expensive option, typically used for high-end customization.

Hardware accessories: Standard configuration features German Hettich or Chinese DTC hardware.

Main Body Warranty: Whole-house customization products (cabinet body, door panels, hardware accessories) enjoy a 5-year main body warranty; contracted VIP customers can upgrade to an 8-year extended warranty (limited to designated high-end series).

Repair & Replacement: During the warranty period, parts damaged due to non-human factors or force majeure will be repaired or replaced free of charge; after the warranty period, only material costs are charged for repairs, with no labor fee.

Response & On-site Service: 24-hour response (follow-up within 1 hour, solution provided within 24 hours); on-site service within 48 hours for non-remote areas; minor quality issues (e.g., scratches, poor opening/closing) repaired within 7 days; emergency issues (e.g., cabinet detachment) provided with 12-hour rapid on-site service.
